Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Creatoo, we facilitate seamless transactions between users and businesses. Since businesses determine their own discounts and offers, we do not process direct refunds unless explicitly mentioned in the offer terms or under exceptional circumstances.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:

  • If a transaction is incorrectly processed due to technical errors.
  • If the user is charged incorrectly for a purchase they did not complete.
  • If a business fails to provide the promised service or product as per the agreed terms.
3. Refund Request Process
  • Users must submit a refund request via the Creatoo support section within 48 hours of the transaction.
  • Refund approvals are at the discretion of Creatoo and the respective business.
  • Approved refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Transactions

Any transaction disputes raised beyond 48 hours of the payment.

Transactions where the user has redeemed the discount but later changed their mind.

Payments made for services/products that have already been delivered by the business.
