- Client: A business or individual that uses Creatoo’s platform to engage with content creators for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Content Creator: An individual or entity that registers on Creatoo’s platform to provide influencer marketing services.
- Transaction: Any completed agreement between a client and a content creator facilitated by Creatoo’s platform.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Non-Performance by Content Creator: If a content creator fails to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline without a reasonable cause or fails to meet the terms of the contract, the client may be eligible for a refund.
- Service Cancellation: If a client cancels a service within 24 hours of the initial transaction, they may be eligible for a full refund, provided that the content creator has not yet commenced work on the project.
- Platform Errors: If a transaction fails due to an error on the part of Creatoo’s platform, and no alternative resolution can be found, a full refund may be issued to the affected party.
4. Process for Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, clients or content creators must follow these steps:
- Submit a Refund Request: Contact Creatoo’s support team at support@creatoo.co.in within 14 days of the transaction date. The request must include the transaction ID, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant supporting documentation.
- Review of Request: Creatoo’s support team will review the refund request and may contact the parties involved to gather additional information.
- Decision and Notification: A decision regarding the refund request will be made within 10 business days. The requesting party will be notified of the decision via email.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used in the transaction.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in the client’s or content creator’s account, depending on the payment provider’s policies.
6. Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees are non-refundable:
- Platform Service Fees: Any fees charged by Creatoo for the use of its platform are non-refundable, except in cases where the refund is due to an error on the part of Creatoo’s platform.
- Third-Party Fees: Fees incurred through third-party payment processors or other external services are non-refundable.
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
In the event of a dispute between a client and a content creator regarding a transaction, Creatoo encourages both parties to attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the matter to Creatoo’s support team for mediation.
Clients are advised to avoid initiating chargebacks through their bank or credit card provider as a means of resolving disputes. Chargebacks will be contested by Creatoo, and clients may incur additional fees as a result.
8. Disclaimer
Refunds will only be entertained for transactions conducted via the Creatoo platform. Transactions conducted outside the platform, including but not limited to direct transfers or cash payments, will not be eligible for refunds, and Creatoo will not be responsible for any such transactions.
9. Amendments to Refund Policy
Creatoo reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
